By using Boardio (the website at boardio.github.io), you agree to these terms. They're short because Boardio is simple: a free board app that runs in your browser and saves to your own Google Drive.

Using Boardio

• Boardio is free to use for personal, school and work projects.
• You're responsible for the content you put on your boards and for who you share them with.
• Don't use Boardio to break the law, to harm others, or to try to disrupt Google services or other people's accounts.

Your content

Your boards belong to you. They're stored in your Google Drive, and Boardio claims no ownership of them. Google's own Terms of Service apply to your Google account and Drive.

AI features

The AI assistant runs on your device and can make mistakes. Review anything it writes or changes before relying on it. You can undo AI changes with Ctrl+Z.

No warranty

Boardio is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It may change, have bugs, or be unavailable at times. Keep your own backups of important boards (Settings → Data → Export).

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Boardio and its developer aren't liable for any lost data, lost work or other damages from using, or being unable to use, the app.

Privacy

See the Privacy Policy for what data Boardio uses and where it goes.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The latest version will always be on this page with a new date. Continuing to use Boardio after a change means you accept the updated terms.
